Who are the ISM? 

The Institute of Sales Management (ISM) is Europe's largest body for salespeople and is the authoritative voice of selling and the custodian of sales standards, ethics and best practice.

What's the right ISM level for me? 

Level 2: This is an introductory qualification and therefore ideal for school leavers or people very new to sales who wish to have a basic understanding as a foundation to build on.

Level 3: Practising "hands-on" sales people, with two or more years' experience and who are looking to expand their knowledge/skillset with a view to becoming a more effective sales individual. 

Level 4: Sales professionals in an operational sales role, often managing others and allocating resources. 

Level 5: Sales individuals with 5 or more years experience working in a management sales role (e.g. Sales or Sales Account Manager) 

Level 6: Practising, high calibre Senior Sales and/or Account Managers and Leaders who have recently begun working at a strategic level and would like to develop their knowledge and experience.

How long does an ISM Award take to complete?

The length of time to complete an Award varies, but we recommend giving yourself around 1-2 months (depending on the level). 

How much does an ISM Award cost? 

ISM single Awards start at £398.40 including 1 year ISM Membership and all studying ISM fees.
